  • Coordinate centralized storage solutions to maximize efficiencies and profitability

  • Calculate inventory space needs of tenants and subtenants

  • Ensure adequacy of centralized warehousing to support inventory volume

  • Manage frequency of inventory outflows to locations and inflows for replenishment

  • Establish inventory management policies and space

  • Inventory management policy compliance

  • Negotiate, manage, and allocate charges centralized warehouse use

  • Coordinate and implement distribution and delivery program

  • Distribute and deliver services to tenants

  • Manage receiving, delivery, and distribution process for all tenants

  • Staff (salaries, wages, fringe benefits, uniforms, insurance) and manage loading docks and distribution centers
